We start by understanding where you are now, then build specific skills through structured modules, apply those skills in assignments that mirror real retail challenges, and refine your approach through peer and instructor feedback.

Most participants spend 6-8 hours per week on workshop activities, including live sessions, collaborative exercises, and individual assignments. The pace is designed for working professionals who need to balance learning with their current responsibilities.
