Caldin Muravo was established in 2025 to close the gap between academic theory and the fast-moving requirements of retail marketing. We noticed that traditional education models often leave professionals underprepared for the practical challenges they face daily. Our mission is to deliver hands-on, step-by-step training that equips participants with actionable skills they can apply immediately in their work environments. We focus on creating a learning experience that prioritizes relevance, accessibility, and measurable results for professionals across Ukraine.

Oksana specializes in building assignment structures that encourage active experimentation. Her background in educational psychology helps her create exercises that challenge participants to test concepts in realistic scenarios rather than simply absorbing information passively.
Why we started this platform
The retail marketing landscape in Ukraine is evolving rapidly, driven by changing consumer behavior, digital transformation, and increasing competition. Many professionals struggle to keep up because traditional training programs focus heavily on theory without providing enough opportunities to practice and refine skills in real-world contexts.
We created Caldin Muravo to address this specific problem. Our approach emphasizes practice-oriented learning where participants complete step-by-step assignments that mirror the tasks they encounter in their roles. Each workshop is structured to encourage experimentation, collaboration, and iterative improvement rather than passive consumption of content.
Since launching, we have worked with over 1,200 professionals across different regions of Ukraine, helping them develop capabilities in campaign planning, customer segmentation, analytics interpretation, and omnichannel strategy execution. Our platform is designed to be accessible nationwide, ensuring that geographic location does not limit access to high-quality skill development opportunities.
