Caldin Muravo takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of our online platform:

Some interactive exercises may have limited keyboard navigation support. We are working to enhance keyboard accessibility across all interactive components. Users experiencing difficulties can contact our support team for alternative formats or assistance.
Certain third-party embedded content may not be fully accessible. We actively review all third-party integrations and work with providers to ensure accessibility or provide accessible alternatives where possible.
Some dynamically generated content may not be immediately announced by screen readers. We are implementing ARIA live regions and proper focus management to improve this experience.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology
Our platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
Recent versions of major desktop browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Mobile browsers on iOS and Android devices. Screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver. Browser zoom and text scaling features. Keyboard-only navigation without a mouse.
Our platform is not compatible with browsers older than three major versions or assistive technologies older than two major versions. Compatibility with older or unsupported technology cannot be guaranteed.
Accessibility Features

Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements. Clear focus indicators for keyboard users. Sufficient color contrast between text and background. Resizable text without loss of content or functionality. Text alternatives for non-text content. Descriptive page titles and headings. Consistent navigation throughout the platform. Skip navigation links to bypass repetitive content. Clear error messages and input assistance. No content that flashes more than three times per second.
Known Issues
We are aware of the following accessibility issues and are working to address them:
Some complex interactive workshop components may require additional keyboard shortcuts that are not yet documented in help text. Video content uploaded by workshop facilitators may not always include captions or transcripts. We encourage facilitators to provide accessible content and offer guidance on creating accessible materials. Certain dynamic loading states may not provide adequate feedback to screen reader users.

Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may escalate your complaint through the following process:
Submit a written description of your accessibility concern and previous correspondence to our designated accessibility coordinator at help@caldinmuravo.com with the subject line "Accessibility Complaint". You will receive acknowledgment of your complaint within 3 business days. A full response addressing your concern will be provided within 10 business days.
Third-Party Content
Our platform may include content, tools, or services provided by third parties. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure third-party content meets accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee full accessibility of all third-party materials.
We actively evaluate third-party integrations and select vendors who demonstrate commitment to accessibility. When accessibility issues with third-party content are identified, we work with providers to resolve them or provide accessible alternatives.
